Savory Almond Granola

  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • ¾ cup slivered almonds
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt


  1. Preheat oven to 300F.
  2. Mix oats and almonds on a parchment-lined sheet pan. Add olive oil and salt. Stir again.
  3. Cook for 30 minutes, stirring often, until lightly browned and crisp.

Note: Use this crunchy topping on broccoli, green beans or cauliflower. It’s also delicious on ice cream or breakfast yogurt-and-fruit bowls
